Nothing is dispensed without a consultation, an examination, and a clinical reason. Therapy is monitored and adjusted like any other prescription.
Prescriptions are filled through a licensed, state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy or a manufacturer's product — never a research-chemical supplier.
We prescribe only what a physician may lawfully prescribe in Florida today. When that list changes, our list changes with it — not before.
Peptide and weight-management therapy is a separate clinical service with its own fees, evaluated and quoted at consultation. Individual results vary, and no therapy is appropriate for every patient. Prescribing decisions are made by the physician after an in-person evaluation.
A practice is defined as much by what it refuses to do as by what it offers.
Recommendations are based on what you need. We don't earn more by prescribing more, and we don't take payment for sending you anywhere.
Every fee is quoted in writing in advance, including anything prescribed. You will never receive a surprise bill from this practice.
Notes, labs and imaging are released to you on request, in a form your other physicians can actually use.
If something belongs with a specialist, a hospital, or an emergency department, we say so and help you get there.

This is a private, cash-pay practice — we do not bill insurance, which is exactly why the visit is as long as it needs to be. Keep your existing health plan for hospitals, specialists, imaging and prescriptions — this practice covers the consultation and the physician relationship, not your catastrophic coverage.
Fees depend on the type of consultation and are quoted to you in writing before anything is scheduled. We don't publish a price list because the first call determines what you actually need — and we would rather tell you the real number than an advertised one.
No. Many patients come for a second opinion or a specific question and keep their existing physician. If you'd like us to take over ongoing care, we can discuss that after the first consultation.
No. This is a private, cash-pay practice, so there is no insurer deciding how long your visit lasts or what can be discussed in it. Your insurance continues to cover hospitals, specialists, imaging and pharmacy exactly as it does today.
Sometimes, but not as a rule. The physician has to examine you and review your labs first. If therapy is appropriate, it is prescribed and filled through a licensed pharmacy, and you'll know the cost before anything is ordered.
No. Those cannot currently be legally compounded in the United States, so we don't prescribe them. We'll tell you the same thing in person, and explain what the evidence actually supports.
